This position will perform or assist with operational activities related to the BAE Systems Resource Tool ‘BART’ system (EcoSys Platform) including administration and maintenance, configuration, implementations, and upgrades. Activities include system administration, data table updates, analyzing, reviewing, testing, and documenting business and technical processes.
The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

This position will perform or assist with operational activities related to the BAE Systems Resource Tool ‘BART’ system (EcoSys Platform) including administration and maintenance, configuration, implementations, and upgrades. Activities include system administration, data table updates, analyzing, reviewing, testing, and documenting business and technical processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform system administration updates daily, monthly, and quarterly for accurate data and business reporting needs.
- Responsible for system data table maintenance ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data tables across the BART system.
- Maintain comprehensive records of changes, updates, and modifications to data tables and system administration.
- Assist with data reporting development needs of the department including data retrieval and analysis as needed.
- Support Manager and team members with documenting business requirements. These deliverables include, but are not limitedto: flowcharts, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc.
- Recommend system improvements to streamline system maintenance and processes.
- Complete testing associated with system projects as it relates to enhancements, upgrades, or patches.
- Conduct light configuration as assigned through the CCB ‘Change Control Board’ process.
- May train and guide the work of less experienced Business Process Analysts.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
- 9/80 Schedule possible in this role.
- BS/BA in related field plus 4 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
