Demand Planning Analyst

Our client is looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to add to their team in Lebanon, PA. This is an exciting Direct Hire position with a salary up to $80K.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with demand planning by analyzing customer needs and product trends.
• Working with CRM and ERP systems to ensure that data is entered correctly and maintained properly.
• Analyzing data to find and solve any issues related to product demand and inventory.
• Collaborating with different teams such as Inventory, Operations, Customer Service, IT, and Sales to improve processes.
• Organizing meetings with customers to address questions or issues about orders, deliveries, and billing.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• A degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
