Our client is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer to join their digital team. This role involves creating intuitive, engaging, and emotionally intelligent user experiences across multiple platforms, leveraging the latest design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative, user-centered solutions for web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
  • Create comprehensive design systems including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization and advanced cursor interactions to enhance user engagement.
  • Develop responsive designs that ensure seamless cross-platform experiences.
  • Implement micro-interactions and 3D design elements to create more engaging interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie) and basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI-integrated design processes and tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, wearables).
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of voice user interface (VUI) design.
  • Familiarity with location-based UX design.
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with emotionally intelligent design principles.
