Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Examination of loan receivables, financial statements, reports, management and operating practices of potential and established Structured Warehouse customers through on-site field examinations
  • On-site, independent judgment and decisions made in regards to the customer's operating practices and procedures, including direction and recommendation to customer as necessary to run an efficient, revenue generating business
  • Ability to communicate to customers in matters of general operating practices and policies of their field of business
  • Timely communication of field examination conclusions to the operations supervisor/manager and senior management
  • Aptitude to designate an independent audit rating of the customer's covenant results, tracking and reporting, and general operations of the business, which said rating and conclusion directly impacts bank's willingness to establish the relationship or to continue to maintain the customer relationship
  • Independent management and prioritization of audit assignments and deadlines
  • Track incoming consumer loan packages from customers ensuring receipt of all in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct a separate underwriting review on all consumer loan contracts held in the customer's portfolio, including a verification of collateral perfection and compliance within credit guidelines in order to facilitate the prevention of fraud and credit risk mitigation
  • Final and independent decision to include or exclude loan receivables from borrowing base availability based on said underwriting review, including the tracking and enforcement of said underwriting exclusions
  • Ability to manage underwriting override authority, which said decisions directly determine the customer's ability to borrow from the bank and ultimately the customer's ability to generate revenue
  • Review and analyze borrowing base calculations used to establish revolving lines of credit for the customers, which said borrowing base commits bank to lending said funds as calculated within the borrowing base
  • Assist in the daily operations of the department which includes cash reconciliation and monitoring, customer interaction and support, and loan system maintenance
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement allowing work from office and remote locations. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.

EDUCATION

College degree required. Business-related degree preferred.
