Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Follow OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.
- Build and manufacture quality blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using various tools and equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair of building/installed equipment as assigned.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and report material shortages.
- Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).
- Interpret blueprints, develop specifications, and create sketches of parts or products to be manufactured.
- Submit daily time accounting, payroll information, and other required paperwork.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Two (2) years' job-related experience or skilled trades technical certification
- Experience with large assemblies and industrial machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in metric and inch systems
- Basic electrical knowledge and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
