Lindsay Windows South in Alto, GA is looking for a quality minded individual to oversee finished product coming from the production line.

Quality Control Associate-

· Quality Control of components using proper methods, such as comparing to standards and drawings, measuring dimensions, and examining the functionality

· Routine checking of the parts as they come from manufacturing and assembly lines.

· Reviewing drawings and specifications to compare to produced goods.

· Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database

· QC Hold area overseeing non-conforming parts and finished goods.

· Working with plant management team to strive to a culture of “Zero Defects.”

· Conducts routine inspections of all equipment to ensure safe, reliable machines to maximize production and minimize interruptions.

Qualifications-

· Prior knowledge of manufacturing and/or quality processes and standards

· Practical knowledge of using tools such as gauges, reading tape measure and a micrometer

· Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, and ERP systems

· Good problem-solving abilities

· Clear communication is essential.

· Attention to detail is imperative.
