The Manager of Agronomic Sales provides leadership and sets a clear vision for the Agronomic Sales team and works to align capabilities with the needs of the respective Divisions and Nutrien Ag Solutions' strategy. They will play an important role enabling organic growth through technical leadership and optimization of all US Divisions. This role will collaborate with Region and Division leadership, Proprietary Products, Seed, Digital Agronomy, Sustainability, and local Agronomists to prioritize and execute training of specific products, technologies, and solutions.

What you will do:

Manage a team of Agronomic Sales Managers (ASM).

Drive adoption of agronomic based programs that increase customer and company value.

Collaborate with Business Development, Regional Agronomy Managers and ASM team to create, educate and execute sales programs with regional and divisional field sales teams that will grow product and service shelves.

Measurements for success include GP associated to agronomic based accounts, GP from agronomic services, growth of consultants with agronomic accounts and RIO from agronomic assets. Lead area product performance resolution process and assist in documentation and investigation of customer complaints, as needed.

Collaborate closely with Innovation Farms.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's Degree required, experience may be considered in lieu of education. Bachelor's degree in agronomy, plant pathology, entomology, weed science or related field preferred.

Masters or Ph.D. preferred.

8+ years of related experience required. Including 2 years' experience in a mentor, supervisor, or leadership role.

10+ years of related experience preferred.

Willingness and ability to travel25 -50% of the time. Current and ongoing maintenance of a valid driver's license.

Excellent time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $105,000 - $175,500/annually. This range is estimated forManager, Agronomic Salesin the State of Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Details will be discussed through the application process.
