With backing from top-tier investors, the company is rapidly scaling and currently works with over 50 law firms to streamline their operations. Team Size: Join a small, fast-growing team where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the product and scaling the company. You'll work closely with the founders and help define the company's culture and vision. About the Role: As a Founding Senior Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team to build and scale a category-defining AI product for law firms. This role is ideal for someone excited about working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and taking on a leadership position as the company grows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and scale backend or full-stack solutions for a rapidly growing product. Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy and technical vision. Take ownership of the codebase, ensuring quality and scalability. Help shape the company's culture and vision as a key member of the early team. Requirements: 4-10 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong product sense and high ownership with the ability to work autonomously. Proven experience in building and scaling codebases for high-growth startups. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT) or equivalent experience. Excited to work in-person at an early-stage startup. Nice-to-Haves: Experience building AI-driven products. Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer. Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
