- Trouble shoot, repair, maintain, and install program electrical/electronic equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for plant maintenance.
- Follow local, state and federal electrical codes.
- Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance task as needed.
- Hands on work ethic in a cross functional environment.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Related education in electrical field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing electrician position.
- Working Knowledge of Siemens S7 and S5.
- PLC understanding and programming a plus (Current equipment Siemens PC/PLCs Allen Bradley).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and parts specifications.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and general mechanical.
- Demonstrated trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge and use of CMMS program.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
