The State Admin Assistant supports multiple teams, or departments by assisting with project administration, creating, filing and distributing documents, coordinating meeting schedules, logistics and materials, and performing other administrative support activities. You will also assist with implementing initiatives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Planning.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations Eden Prairie, MN 55343
Relocation Support Offered for Eligible Candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- You will create and maintain a filing system for reports and administrative information.
- You will request resources, equipment and supplies to support the state.
- You will handle documents related to standard processes such as invoices and bills.
- You will coordinate, schedule and set-up of department meetings for department leadership.
- You will handle seminar/conference education and associated travel arrangements for the state.
- You will coordinate the logistics for marketing events.
- You will assist with the creation, compilation and dissemination of reports.
- You will attend project meetings as needed and prepares documents and follow up status reports.
- You will work with the department leadership team and staff to determine their project and program documentation needs.
- You will create documents such as flowcharts, e-forms, charts and graphs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- Canva experience preferred
- Excel proficiency
- Marketing and social media experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role.
- Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites
- Successfully obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licenses in property, casualty, life, and health as required to do business with the company and its alliances within 90 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel Requirements Up to 10%.
