Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a

Plant information systems team member

to work at our processing facility in Lowville, NY. Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

The Lowville plant produces the legendary Philadelphia Cream Cheese! Built in 1971, the facility is over 400,000 square feet and houses 13 production lines. Milk and cream is supplied by local farms. With over 400 employees, the plant is one of the largest employers in Lewis County.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality and other site databases. Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) participation is required.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Assisting IT to determine system improvements and implementation for the plant Help to define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale data infrastructure Expand our data warehouse with clean data ready for analysis Small analytics project delivery including initiation, planning, scope, budget and change request management Develop state-of-the art analytics tools using Power BI and Tableau Implement innovative technologies (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) focused on fundamentally redefining the way in which we operate Serve as an integral part of the Digital Revolution Continue to develop your skills by staying up to date on all the latest innovations and evolutions in the Business Intelligence community Support and promote quality processes and implementation of new or improved quality system programs Support QRMP and KHMS Implementation and Maintenance Management of SAP systems including setting up new products and maintaining current specifications PC & Software Configuration and maintenance including Quality Suites, eQCMS and SAP Configure Net Content Specifications It is the responsibility of all employees to adhere to all site rules and to all ways of working, and processes and procedures within that role Perform Statistical Analysis of Data Other duties as assigned or required; may include any quality or sanitation function needed to meet current or future business needs Position Qualifications

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office suite, SAP, eQCMS, Quality Suites and Minitab. Standard mathematical & statistical skills, as well as an ability to perform accurate work and attention to detail. Experience developing dashboards, reports, and scorecards with a strong user interface SQL/ database fundamentals required Minimum 1 year of experience in big data Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

Sanitation

Will ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.

Quality Assurance

Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.
