Hadley is seeking a Data Analyst to join our organization that provides both practical and social/emotional help to older adults adjusting to vision loss, empowering them to adapt and thrive. As part of our team, you will support data-driven decision-making and help improve services for those we serve. You will work closely with different departments to analyze data, report findings, and provide insights that influence organizational strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, who is passionate about using their skills to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into performance and inform decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data requirements.
  • Help identify ways to streamline data collection and reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a non-profit or service-oriented organization.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and SalesForce Reporting and Analytics Studio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in working with data.
  • A strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Work conditions:

Standard office setting, remote or hybrid options may be available. Extended periods of sitting, computer work and phone use. Must be able to lift or move items up to 10-20 pounds occasionally.
