FabTech Enterprises Inc. is hiring: Accounting Manager in Gilbert

We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team!

NetSuite experience is a MUST for this position!

As the Accounting Manager, you will be a hands-on member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the month-end closing, generating financial, providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projections. In addition, you will maintain relationships with banks, external CPAs, and accountants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions through double entry bookkeeping.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist in corporate accounting tasks, including month-end close processes, including accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required by owner.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial software NetSuite is a MUST!
• Experience with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Prior experience, at least 2 years in an accounting role.
• Accounting degree is preferred.
