Mill Falls at the Lake in Meredith, NH is busy selling the 2025 and 2026 wedding seasons and we are looking to add an additional experienced Wedding Sales Manager to our great team. Responsible for the overall solicitation, promotion, sales, contracting and reporting of Weddings. Works closely with Wedding Event Managers and Catering Coordinator to ensure successful transition of information and overall execution of events.

Schedule: Salaried position. Flexible schedule with weekends and evenings a must. The schedule will be determined each week depending on the event schedule and appointments confirmed.
Skills Required:

Education and Experience:
High school education plus schooling in hospitality management, business, or related experience. Two or more years of related experience. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires strong sales & negotiation skills, food & beverage skills, and the ability to upsell and enhance each event. Strong attention to detail. Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. Knowledge and ability to actively sell all markets when needed. Aptitude in Delphi, Infor, Outlook, Excel and Word preferred. Ability to work well as a team and individually to meet to goals of the department. Ability to multi-task in a very high-paced environment.

- Books all Weddings and Ancillary Events related to Weddings hosted on-site at Mill Falls at the Lake including: Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Receptions, Farewell Breakfasts and Room Blocks.
- Assists industry-related trade shows and participates in promotional activities.
- Team player in developing marketing strategies for the Sales Team and ways to improve overall sales for all markets with his/her colleagues
- Represents Mill Falls at the Lake while attending all Bridal Shows and other networking opportunities as required
- Monitors and communicates customer needs to other departments and is aware of upcoming events and/or groups in-house
- Assists with special projects as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing
