Description We are seeking a Computer Scientist to designs, develops, tests, and documents software code related to USB, drivers, low-level development, and Linux. Develop software drivers Develop software applications Process digital signals Develop Client/server applications Analyze and implement Legacy and current processor technology Analyze and implement Operating systems, architectures, and interfaces Develop code using Assembly and high-level programming languages Reverse engineer software/code Develop embedded software Communicate status of work Peer review software Moderate software peer reviews Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience Ten (10) years of experience in software and firmware design, development, and test to include writing clear, concise, functioning and fully commented code, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of expertise (e.g., Engineering, Physical Science, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering) from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree in a relevant field of expertise may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.

Linux kernel development experience Networking experience Embedded RTOS experience Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $250,000 - $275,000.
