We are looking for entry-level data scientists with a strong mathematical foundation, experience with real world data, with a can do attitude and a pioneering mindset to join the team and help deliver new AI innovation into our platform.

Responsibilities •Work with domain experts, perform data studies and analysis on billions of records from our one-of-a-kind dataset to identify meaningful business opportunities •Apply statistics, machine learning, and a variety of other techniques to analyze the data, generate models, and prototype new AI solutions •Build prototypes for new models and new functionality and collaborate with others to bring concepts to production. •Communicate findings to stakeholders and a broader audience of technical and non-technical persons. •Thrive in different working environments. Both in independent, self-driven, research and development, and in collaborative, team-driven, projects.

Qualifications:

*** We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor a visa, now or in the future, for this position. This would include an OPT status. ***

*** This a hybrid opportunity requiring reporting to our Lowell, MA UKG office location 3 days per week and working remotely 2 days. *** •Education and/or experience in a quantitative field. Master's degree or bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience. •Exposure to at least 1-2 machine learning or AI subfields, including but not limited to regression, classification, deep learning, time-series analysis, clustering, NLP, transfer learning, GenAI, etc. •Practical ability to visualize data, communicate meaningful business insights, and utilize them effectively. •Experience coding and building new programs from scratch. •SQL, or experience with another database technology. •Python, or experience with another scripting language. Experience with programming packages like Pandas is desired. •Willingness to learn new tools as they become needed.

USA Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this position is $86,100 to $123,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
