Job Title : MuleSoft Support and Sales Engineer
This position is a remote assignment.
Summary :
The MuleSoft Support and Sales Engineer is responsible for providing production support to our partners and assisting with sales efforts to potential partners.

Operations Support
Anypoint Platform and CloudHub 2.0: Dive into the heart of our MuleSoft ecosystem. You'll provide production technical support to our valued partners. This includes identifying, debugging, and resolving issues related to the Anypoint Platform and CloudHub 2.0. On-Call Responsiveness: Be ready to roll up your sleeves, even during late hours. When our partners encounter challenges, you'll be their go-to problem solver.
Sales Engineering Collaboration
Technical Expertise: Partner with our sales teams during client interactions. Your deep understanding of MuleSoft technologies will help bridge the gap between technical jargon and business value. Product Demonstrations: Showcase the power of MuleSoft solutions to potential partners. Your engaging presentations will highlight how our offerings can transform their operations. Client Onboarding: Work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of MuleSoft solutions. Your expertise will pave the way for successful deployments.
Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable integrations by performing unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting issues. Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and best practices.
Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Any other duties as assigned. Key Deliverables:
Support sales process by answering technical questions and providing solutions to integration challenges. Support production environment through troubleshooting, debugging, analysis, and code deployments. Support platform maintenance by keeping track of patches, upgrades, and releases. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Required Knowledge/Skills:
2+ years of experience in a MuleSoft technical support or sales engineering role. Willing to be on-call (including late hours) for production and release support. Strong knowledge of the Anypoint Platform and CloudHub 2.0. Experience with SOAP and REST API development using MuleSoft. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starter that enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. Desired Experiences:
Certifications: MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are a plus. Sales Experience: Exposure to sales processes or client interactions. Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). API Management: Understanding of API design, security, and governance. Data Integration: Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. Talents:
