About the Role:
CoreWeave is a leading AI Hyperscaler, offering one of the industry's fastest and most flexible infrastructure & managed services for building & deploying accelerated computing applications.
As a Principal Product Manager at CoreWeave, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy, understanding user needs, market trends, collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams and ultimately deliver compelling products for customers. Your mission is to craft and execute a product and cloud computing solutions roadmap that delivers exceptional & differentiated customer experience .
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision:
Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy that aligns with market demands and CoreWeave's strategic goals & business objectives. User Advocacy:
Serve as the voice of the user community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations. Product Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of user-centric tools and platforms, focusing on usability, performance, and integration capabilities. Experience Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user journey on CoreWeave's platform, from onboarding to deployment and scaling of applications. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave remains a preferred choice in the market. Performance Metrics:
Utilize metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the product, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering. Wondering if you're a good fit? 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with cloud solutions, developer tools, or related platforms. Deep understanding of the user experience, with a strong empathy for users and their needs. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to diverse audiences. Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in product management Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$245,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
