Collaborate to Innovate : Work with your RVP and marketing team to design promotions and campaigns that amplify your impact. Showcase the Goods : Deliver immersive, hands-on product demonstrations that bring vehicles to life for your customers. Relationship Management Be the Trusted Partner : Develop deep connections with customers, dealers, and industry influencers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business. Own the Territory : Act as the primary contact for your customers, delivering unparalleled service and addressing their needs with confidence. Engage and Inspire : Use regular meetings, demos, and training sessions to keep customers excited about what you offer. Position Requirements
Education & Experience : A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, paired with 2-5 years of proven success in B2B territory sales-bonus points for experience in the commercial vehicle industry or similar fields. Entrepreneurial Spirit : You're self-driven with the ambition to build and grow a thriving sales territory. People Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities to connect with customers and close deals. Deal Closer : Strong negotiation skills with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships. Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales tools, as well as MS Teams and Zoom for remote collaboration. Independence & Drive : You're a motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and delivers results. On the Road : A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within the greater Minneapolis area to make face-to-face connections. Physical Requirements Able to sit, stand, and move around the office or customer locations for extended periods. Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs. when needed. Occasionally required to climb stairs during on-site visits or office activities.
