Director of FP&A

DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of FP& A to join our team in the textile manufacturing industry, based in Beverly Hills, California. This role will play a crucial part in directing financial planning and analysis, driving financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support key business decisions.Responsibilities:• Lead the development and execution of the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive company growth.• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities.• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for the executive team.• Create presentations for key stakeholders.• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.• Drive the implementation and optimization of FP& A tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.Requirements• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) within the Textile Manufacturing industry• Proficient in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, Adaptive Insights, and CRM• Experience with EPM, Accounting Functions, Annual Budget, and Budget Processes• Knowledge of Business Unit operations and Capital Management• Skilled in Forecasting & Modeling, Financial Modeling, Risk Modeling, Cash Flow Modeling, and Cash Forecasting• Proficiency in Inventory forecasting, Revenue Forecast, and KPI Reporting• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is desirable.Job typePerm
