Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. The role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into systems and databases. Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical. Perform regular data audits and reports to identify discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to gather and clarify information. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in line with company policies. Follow procedures for data handling and documentation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus. Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum [X] WPM preferred). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits
