LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company, seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Salary: $85-$110k

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct cost accounting and projections to monitor the financial elements linked to the manufacturing process.
  • Compile and present financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Assist in formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
