Mandatory Qualifications: Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design." Possess a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. " Two (2) years of experience in
business process documentation ." Two (2) years of
experience of supporting/assisting Project Managers, and business/programs with analyzing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle . "3 + Year's Experience supporting the organization by streamlining business processes and achieving optimal value from investments. "3 + Year's Experience with strategic business
process improvements and product backlog refinement. "3 + Year's Experience working on contract administrative tasks, which may
include managing deliverables, reviewing invoices, managing contract budgets, amendments, etc. "3 + Year's Experience with
Waterfall and Agile methodologies
in delivering services and projects to align with project/business outcomes. " 3 + Year's Experience in the last five (5) years,
working with the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program.
