Seasonal Server
Brickmans at The Links is the main restaurant of the property. You will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for the overall guest experience. This includes ensuring tables are clean and set when guests arrive. You must be able to provide quality guest hospitality and service and upsell our offerings during the dining experience.

Seasonal Server
Brickmans at The Links is the main restaurant of the property. You will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for the overall guest experience. This includes ensuring tables are clean and set when guests arrive. You must be able to provide quality guest hospitality and service and upsell our offerings during the dining experience.
The duties of a Seasonal Server include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell; engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
- Follow all steps of service as defined by company SOPs.
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menus, along with general restaurant/property knowledge; able to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders, input orders into point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and return correct change to guests.
- Suggestively upsell menu items, specials, beverages, and desserts.
- Responsible for maintaining the dining area; pre-bussing and bussing all tables, keeping dining rooms clean and orderly.
- Clear and reset tables and maintain very high sanitation standards.
- Fill water glasses, polish silver and glassware, and run food to tables.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints; notify management ASAP about any unresolved guest complaints that they need to handle.
- Always maintain a composed and professional attitude.
- Become familiar with all returning guests and know their special requests.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of server experience preferred.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Must possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, using strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage-related questions from guests.
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Can perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver food trays and other items.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands dictate.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
- RBS and Food Handlers Certified.
- Must be 18 years or older.
