Job Description Full Stack Developer - Washington, D.C. Full Visibility is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work in Washington, D.C Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance. The Full Stack Developerwill assist in all facets of development, operations, and maintenance (O&M) for the application. The candidate will provide development and O&M support for a production Java application with an Oracle backend and Tomcat/JBoss application server. The successful candidate will provide development support to re-engineer an application front-end using React. The Full Stack Developer will provide support to the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications/requirements provided by the system owner and assist in supporting all aspects of the project including all phases of life cycle development. FV REQ 2001209 Requirements • Active Top Secret Clearance • At least five (5) years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and/or upgrading of software systems • Strong development experience in the following technologies/areas: React, Java 8 (JEE development), Spring Framework 5, Spring Boot 2, JavaScript/AJAX, Hibernate 5, SQL/RDBMS (Oracle and PostgreSQL), RESTful Web Services, Apache Tomcat, Red Hat JBoss, Linux (RHEL, CentOS), Eclipse IDE, Maven build tool, and Git • Strong User Interface (UI) developing skills using React and JavaScript application development. Additional experience in the following technologies/areas: AWS (Console, RDS, S3, EBS, AMIs, IaaS) • Experience in full software development life cycle • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks/methodologies • Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and automation • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Excellent documentation skills • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills • Self-motivated with strong initiative to help the team grow • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline Benefits About Full Visibility Full Visibility is a growing technology solutions company that supports federal and state government agencies specializing in full stack application system development and data analytics.
