Key responsibilities include: * Leading the Assisted Living/Memory Care department to ensure the delivery of safe, competent services. * Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents. * Assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement. * Managing departmental policies, procedures, and compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and facility regulations. * Planning and managing department budgets, including staffing and supplies. * Supervising, evaluating, and guiding staff while fostering a collaborative work environment. * Providing on-call support and addressing significant changes in residents conditions. * Building strong relationships with families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. * Reporting department developments to the Executive Director and implementing action plans. What You Bring * Current RN license in Ohio . * CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred). * Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and guiding teams. * Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill on-call responsibilities.
