Our client, a commercial property and multi-family restoration company, is seeking to add a Master Electrician to their team in Milwaukee, WI. This is a direct hire position with 1st shift hours Monday - Friday. This position will pay $35-$50+/hour based on relevant experience and will include a full benefits package of health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k match.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial buildings
- Supervise and train other electricians on the team
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Stay updated and read the job schedule, scope, and documents laid out by the project and/or service manager and customer
- Ensure you have the proper materials and tools to perform the work at each job safely prior to the scheduled date/time
- Ability to learn and utilize through training a variety of testing equipment including Infrared Cameras, DLRO, TTR, Ultrasonic, Megger (insulation resistance)
- Working with both the management team and apprentices, working safely and efficiently at all times
- Communicating work progress/changes with the customer, office and/or manager
- Create and provide timely work orders to support accurate and timely invoicing to the customer
- Completion of an apprenticeship program and a valid Master Electrician license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician
- Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
