Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities Enter, review and correct metadata for new and existing assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure consistence and accurate metadata that adds value and findability for the end user search experience.
Percentage of time 40
Duties/Responsibilities Assist DAM team with the evaluation and creation of documentation used for user training and system governance.
Percentage of time 15
Duties/Responsibilities Assist DAM team with workflows in project management system, including training schedules, user management, and asset and license requests.
Percentage of time 10
Duties/Responsibilities Assist DAM team with asset ingestion process, including: file naming and organization standards; default metadata; uploading original and versioned assets into the DAM; progress assets through administrative review procedures.
Percentage of time 10
Duties/Responsibilities Research asset requests in DAM system and film archives.
Percentage of time 10
Duties/Responsibilities Migrate content from outside sources into the DAM, including evaluating, organizing, digitizing, tagging, and adding metadata to assets.
Percentage of time 10
Duties/Responsibilities Assists the DAM team with the maintenance of current and archival photo and video assets, including filing of film, likeness releases and other assets.
