We’re seeking a future team member for
Master Data Management
in Treasury Services Client, Payments Enablement, and Depositary Receipts Divisional Data Office (TS DDO). This role will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL- HYBRID
As a
Master Data Management team member, you will support the Data Quality operating model, including data quality issue remediation for the master data assets such as Client and Product. These data assets are sourced from points of origin that are within the applications supported by Treasury Services, Payments Enablement, and Depositary Receipts.

Key Skills:
Develop an understanding of key data attributes required by enterprise masters for clients and products.
Point of contact within TS DDO for master data hydration i.e., Universal Product Master (UPM) and Universal Client Master (UCM) as well as the authorized provisioning point (enterprise data lake).
Partner with stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Enterprise Data Solutions & Services to improve the data quality of the master data assets.
Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues, determine scope and complexity of issues, interpret findings, and support resolution of the issues, working cross-functionally to identify root cause, implement corrective action and prevent recurrence.
Support data quality monitoring processes and tools to detect, measure, and report on data quality issues and anomalies.
Work collaboratively with the business, technology, data, and architecture teams to identify critical data assets, define data quality requirements, and establish data quality metrics and KPI’s per data type e.g., client, product, etc.
Responsible for aligning data structure within data masters to support TS needs
Support creation of data contract / delivery agreements with the suppliers of data to ensure ownership is defined and data oversight is being performed within each data master.
Support enterprise wide and platform specific initiatives associated with the data masters.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Hands-on experience in Data and Metadata Management, from concept, analysis, to implementation with a demonstrable track record of delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and people skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure. You will have strong analytical and management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and drive effective solutions.
Experience in data governance including data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality issue remediation techniques.
Excellent communication, both in listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups.
8-10 years of total work experience with 3-5 years in data management is preferred.
Understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239) is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Technical proficiency: Excel, Tableau, and Collibra
