Role: Snowflake Developer Location: San Francisco CA - Locals required - Hybrid 12+ Months Contract Client is looking only for Independent visa Holders (W2 Only) This job posting is specific for a "Snowflake Developer" with Snowflake experience. The prospective individual needs to have a good understanding of Data warehousing concepts and some SQL knowledge How you will contribute: Responsibilities . Strong SQL Experience, Can build Complex Cde and Procedures Building scalable, available, reliable data pipelines with Snowflake. Worked on SQL , Procedures, Strong PLSQL Handson experience Worked on new capabilities of Snowflake Worked on SnowPipe, Snowpark, Streamlit, Dynamic Tables Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent experience in software development/IT 3+ years of experience Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts Unix, Python, etc. to do Extract, Load, and Transform data 5+ years of experience Maintain/ develop the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies Hands on experience of building Analytical pipelines using DBT Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures. In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modelling structure principles Experience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modelling.
