Title of Position Member Services Representative Department SRWC/Student Life Hours per Week 10-15 Job Qualifications Customer service oriented individuals who enjoy working with the public and are able to perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Position Description/ Job Duties Greet all guests upon arrival. Ensure all guests are current ACU Students, Employees, Alumni, or Affiliate Members. Conduct cash register sales/transactions as needed Check out center equipment and supplies Ensure all equipment is used properly Clean equipment and facility spaces as directed. Preferred Availability Various hours.
