To learn more about our company, please visit www.worldgatellc.com Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will support our client's Employee Records operations by coordinating a variety of project based and administrative tasks. The Project Coordinator will provide general support by coordinating with other offices and employees on behalf of the Employee Records office. The Project Coordinator provides superior customer service and assists with data collection, reporting and planning logistics to promote successful and efficient client departmental operations. This role will perform clerical, data entry and operational support within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and all related databases in accordance with Client policies and procedures. The project coordinator must have strong attention to detail and proactive communications with Client stakeholders. Essential Functions / Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of talent personnel records and reports within the HRIS system including clerical, data entry and operational support to other human resource staff Works in different areas in the assigned Talent division to gain perspective on the day-to-day operations Provides excellent customer service for everyone that interacts with the office; addresses questions and takes messages; checks, tracks and responds to office voicemails. Assists departmental staff in evaluating changing operational conditions; communicates findings to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Assists with the review and analysis of work orders and additional projects as necessary Coordinate email communications and responses on behalf of the office from Google groups Coordinate process improvements changes when instructed and updates documentation, identify trends and recommend proactive actions to leadership stakeholders Interact with and supply information to job applicants, employees, department heads, vendors and public/private agencies Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and department information Stay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing. Responsible to understand Worldgate's mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate's values and behaviors. Key Competencies: Attention to Detail Communication Proficiency Learning Orientation Time Management Requirements Education, Experience and Certifications: Associates Degree and/or relevant professional experience Previous experience in IT and/or HR administration or other related fields Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience with IT Systems, Data Entry and Data Validation Experience with Microsoft and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Forms) Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills People oriented, results driven, with a strong attention to detail Self-directs and manages daily tasks Proficiency in basic computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing We look forward to having a conversation with you about joining the Worldgate team.
