Full-Time, 35 hours/week; Hybrid schedule available. 11/4/2024 Revised 11/6/2024 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 2, Registrar's Office, to provide administrative and financial duties in support of the Curriculum and Faculty Support (CFS) team; support the administration of the MIT Subject Evaluation System, including set up and help desk support for users of the subject evaluation systems; provide administrative and logistical support for the Undergraduate Officers group, including coordinating meeting logistics, taking notes at meetings, and responding to inquiries; review, process, and track financial transactions (e.g., processing reimbursements, verifying/reconciling Pro-Card charges) and produce reports and projections for budget planning and review; assist the team with the technical, data entry, and administrative duties in support of the Institute-wide Online Subject Evaluation (OSE) and Who's Teaching What (WTW) systems; support the WTW process by providing guidance to, coordinating training for, and triaging questions from department users.
