Paid Time Off Employer-paid life and disability plans 401k with up to 3.5% employer match Under the supervision of the Soft Count Supervisor, responsible for the count process for the Gaming machines, Table Games and Kiosk drop. Duties include but are not limited to: Sorts and counts contents of canisters using sophisticated counting machines while under continuous video and voice surveillance. Straps and "bricks" (bundles) currency. Prepares and balances accurate, legible and timely daily count reports. Assures that all Internal Controls, policies and procedures are followed while keeping a positive environment by working as a team member. Maintains confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media. Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis. Requirements High School Diploma or a GED Certificate or equivalent. 1 year of current cash vault experience. Banking or high volume retail cash experience preferred. Knowledgeable of money straps, including their breakdown and values. Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to work closely with other team members. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work well while under pressure. Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel. Ability to accurately use a 10 key calculator by touch. Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
