SAP/ADP API Project Manager

Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our payroll/HCM practice . Responsibilities: Act as Project Manager to unify Client stakeholders and coordination of end-to-end processes. Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes. Assist with alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives. Recommend tactical decisions for the project. Provide status reports and coordinate with Client Project Leadership team Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays. If needed, assist with User Acceptance Testing, validation, and other technical aspects of the project as needed by Client. If needed, oversee defect resolution. Monitor system performance and address post go-live issues. Required Qualification(s): Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 12/4/2024 with an initial duration through 1/17/2025 , with the possibility of extending.
