Duties

3. Conduct thorough due diligence and comprehensive analysis of financing agreements and related documentation.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate important legal documents, including loan agreements and credit facilities.
5. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate effective financing strategies.
6. Stay updated on current market trends and legal developments relevant to leveraged finance.

Requirements

1. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in leveraged finance or a similar area.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
4. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Education

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Strong academic performance is preferred.

Certifications

1. Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
