Member Services Representative

Lofton Staffing has an immediate need for a MSR professional. This position performs accurate cash transactions, identifies customer needs, and recommends appropriate services. The ideal candidate will provide high quality service in a consistent, courteous, and professional manner. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to customer, clients and to fellow team members. Responsibilities: Professionally and courteously handles inquiries and provides resolution to problems via the telephone, in-person, or virtually as appropriate. Performs the processing of a variety of transactions accurately and effectively in adherence with company policies and procedures. Fulfills account maintenance requests such as check order processing, gift card sales, credit card payments, coin deposits, online banking assistance, etc. Accurately processes the account lifecycle using proper forms and disclosures; enters and maintains account records in system, including addition of account owners, name and contact information; CD purchases, inactive account processing, etc. Responsible for maintaining frontline compliance knowledge of and procedures for Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, Reg E, and any other regulatory requirement applicable to branch teller operations.
