DevOps Engineer DevOps

Hands-on development and execution of effective strategies, test plans, test cases, and ensure adequate test coverage

Test a web application (frontend React, backend Java), to ensure they meet quality standards for the client

Communicate with product and engineering leads to understand business and project objective

Execute test procedures to verify functionality against specs and product requirements

Highly autonomous

Familiarity with an OOP or scripting programming language is highly desirable

Skills and Expertise:

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms

Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle, continuous integration pipelines, and software methodologies

Proficiency in at least one programming language DevOps Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in at least one continuous integration platform (e.g., Jenkins, GitlabCI, Github Actions, AWS CodeDeploy)

Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS SAM/CDK, Ansible)

Experience with containerization, orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment configurations

Proficiency in managing cloud provider services

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar field

Experience: Over 6 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE
