SS&C Eze is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Eze OMS team based out of our Boston headquarters. Eze’s award-winning Investment Suite features a set of integrated applications that provide best-in-class asset management functionality to streamline the investment lifecycle. Our applications can be combined together for a seamless front-to-back workflow, used standalone, or integrated with other third-party systems. As a Senior Software Engineer on the OMS, you will work on a team consisting of a Product Manager, QA, Scrum Master, and other Software Engineers. The ideal candidate has a passion for software development, a commitment to quality, is eager to learn and innovate, has excellent analytical skills, and can communicate effectively with teammates.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Provide technical leadership and mentor/coach other engineers
- Develop high-quality code on schedule, based on a technical design
- Design and implement underlying data and domain models for applications and services to be scalable and maintainable
- Identify improvements and participate in innovating our tools and services
- Provide operational support for critical production issues
- Master the domain knowledge and be the expert in areas the team owns
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ Years of experience in Programming and Software Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET coding languages (C# experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of OOD/P and its application
- Experience with API Architecting and Development
- Experience with Public or Private Cloud Development
- Proficient in SQL (SQL Server experience preferred)
- Experience providing technical leadership, design advice, and mentoring other engineers
- Fluency in various Design Patterns. How to use them, why to use them, and when to use them
- Fluency in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices
