Why We Are Hiring for This Role
- To establish a financial strategy that supports scaling hardware production and prepares us for Series A funding and beyond.
- To implement financial controls, systems, and reporting structures that align with the demands of high-growth hardware production and complex supply chains.
- To drive cost efficiency, capital management, and long-term financial planning, ensuring we scale intelligently while meeting operational milestones.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in hardware manufacturing or robotics companies.
- Experience with financial planning for hardware production, including inventory management, capital expenditures, and supply chain complexities.
- Skilled in fundraising and investor relations, especially with pre-Series A and Series A venture funding.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, margin analysis, and pricing strategy for high-tech products.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring finance teams in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and managing P&L, ideally with experience in ERP and other finance systems relevant to manufacturing.
- Background in handling cash flow management and budget allocation in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
