Job Description
As a Solution Architect on the Neocol Delivery Team, you will be responsible for leading projects through requirements gathering, solution design, and build/deployment of the final solution for our subscription-based clients. You'll be supporting your team with developing complex designs, helping our clients make architectural decisions, and guiding them through the development and adoption of their new system.

In this Role you will
- Deep dive into business process needs and requirements, identifying areas of key complexity and expanding on those.
- Define project scope and identify/manage "scope creep".
- Build client confidence in the solution as it is developed and provide guidance to clients around how to effectively use and adopt the solution.
- Facilitate solution demonstrations (sprint and final demos) efficiently.
- Assist technical resources in solution design, development, and deployment during the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensure the solution is able to meet long-term goals for the client in regards to scalability and stability of the solution.
- Guide customers towards best practices as much as possible for the solution they are developing.
- Communicate technical details effectively to stakeholders and project team members, potentially with limited technical knowledge.
- Provide mentorship to resources on the Neocol team to help them grow and develop in their role.
- Develop code specifications for developers to use in the event of needing deeper customization than out of the box functionality.
- Effectively communicate deadline risks and timeline shifts to the wider project team.
- Provide general technical leadership and guidance to the wider project team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in the Quote to Cash sphere.
- Self-starter with experience designing and developing CPQ, Billing & Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in 3+ medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- SFDC Administrator or Developer certifications, Salesforce CPQ Certification or substantial Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
- Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
- Agile, and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga Composer, Conga CLM, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM.
- Training and/or experience with Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
