– Security Project Manager Position
– Contract (12+ Months) Location
– Hybrid/Washington D.C Rate
– $Open (Best Possible) Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex Corporate Security (CS) projects, which include wedge barriers, cameras, bollards, guard quarters, fencing, and other related implementations used for security hardening of facilities. The selected individual will be required to work with the CS Design and Construction Sr. Program Managers to successfully close CS projects and transition them into production. Responsibilities include: Performing final acceptance of construction projects prior to turnover from project to steady state. Developing Preventive and Emergency Maintenance plans. Creating all supporting process documentation. Developing a list of assets that APD has implemented and tracking those assets, providing results on a semiannual basis to the Director of Capital Projects within Corporate Security. Developing CONOPS, Post Orders, and Communications plans to facilitate turnover to the yard, station, or site. Note:
