As a Senior Data Analyst/Product Manager, you will oversee the development and growth of product/analytics solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that empower users and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data analysis products. Prioritize features and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop innovative analytics tools and solutions. Ensure seamless integration of data analytics capabilities into products and services. Partner with internal teams and clients to identify pain points and opportunities for analytics-driven improvements. Define and monitor key product metrics to ensure business success. Gather feedback and iterate on products to improve user experience and ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields. 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data analytics or related domains. Strong technical understanding of data analysis tools, data visualization, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Proven track record of successfully managing data-driven products from concept to launch. Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
