You have demonstrated experience managing the overall operational efficiency of a complex, global, and technical environment and hold deep knowledge in planning across broad groups of stakeholders. (e.g., SPS, OP1/2, WBR, MBR, QBR, Goal Management, Financial Management, Headcount Management). You think strategically, write effectively and accurately plan, forecast and drive alignment across cross-functional teams to execute on monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives. You effectively coach functional leadership and partners on operational policies and tools and drive holistic operational excellence across the organization. Key job responsibilities

Ensure alignment on overall strategic goals, standards, objectives and key results, and metrics for each planning cycle. Analyze business performance, including defining and tracking KPIs, issue identification and resolution in support of organizational goals. Create and manage key reports and mechanisms in support of the business units including end-customer reporting. Partner closely with human resources, talent acquisition, and finance on resource allocation and tracking the health, performance, and status of our organization and its portfolio. Drive operational optimization and efficiency- maintaining and improving all rhythm of business tools and processes. About the team

7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience. 7+ years of program or project management experience. 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
