The Campus Director of Education & Operations is responsible for the overall operations of the campus, ensuring compliance with federal, state, institutional, and programmatic accreditation requirements. Reporting to the President and CEO, the successful candidate will coordinate instructional delivery, management of educational resources, and support student academic achievement and learning outcomes. Works with VP, Academics to establish the education agenda, institutional assessment improvement plan, and related work plans. Provides direction and support for Program Coordinators and faculty in collaboration with Curriculum Development Coordinators to support the education department and to cultivate an environment conducive to learning. Key duties of the Campus Director include: Recruiting, training, developing and managing staff and faculty in the Education Department. Collaborating and partnering with campus department leadership for Career Services, Educational Funding, Admissions and all other campus specific departments to ensure flawless delivery of the student experience. Being responsible for student success, monitoring the students' overall quality experience within the classroom and ensuring high retention rates. Development, adaptation and implementation of the curriculum. Demonstrating strong leadership and representing the Education Department within the geographic region assigned. Overseeing and managing daily campus operations - budgets, advertising, staffing, etc. Representing the campus and the organization on an external community basis. Position Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a postsecondary educational environment required; background with a Nursing program or working within the Nursing field is a plus. Knowledge of state regulations, accreditation standards, Title IV regulations required. Highly skilled in verbal and written communication (strong proofreading, computer skills); the ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage effectively in a remote and blended environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Keen analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal, team building and employee development skills.
