As Director of CRM Architecture, you will report into VP of Enterprise Architecture. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in SFDC Sales, SFDC Service, SFDC Experience, SFDC Marketing clouds and Field Service Lightning, as well as integration with SAP and extensive experience with Salesforce as a platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce architecture that enables seamless, high-volume integration with SAP and other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Field Service Lightning.
Drive Salesforce architecture through expertise and influence over a matrixed organization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement integration solutions to connect Salesforce with SAP and other internal and external systems.
Optimize Salesforce performance through best practices in configuration, customization, and integration.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Leverage Salesforce as a platform to build custom applications and solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce and SAP, recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Field Service Lightning clouds.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with SAP integration and related tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Enosix etc).
Extensive experience with Salesforce as a platform, including custom application development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
Deep Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions and services.
Knowledge of big data technologies and analytics.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
