Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your main objective will be to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. You will be a key member of the executive team and will report directly to the CEO.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

10+ years of experience in financial management, in the Federally Qualified Health Care industry.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting systems.

Experience in managing internal controls and corporate finance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA or CMA certification.

Experience in management consulting.

Experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Experience in financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.

Manage the revenue cycle, patient accounting, and physician relations to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Skills:

As the CFO, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial statements, revenue cycle, management consulting, financial reporting, patient accounting, accounting systems, internal controls, corporate finance, and physician relations. You will use these skills on a daily basis to provide strategic financial guidance, oversee financial operations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will also be essential in managing and leading the finance team and collaborating with other departments to achieve the organization's financial goals.
