Our small size and broad scope allow us to customize solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs. As a Wealth Planner in J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will be a vital member of the Financial Advisor’s team. You will work in close partnership with the Financial Advisors and will help build financial strategies and plans that align with clients’ unique goals and personal values. Responsibilities Effectively build strong trust with clients through client profiling and an empathetic connection and proactively identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clients. Create, lead, and implement the strategy to effectively uncover clients’ ideal financial goals. Support the overall business development strategy as it relates to goals-based planning. Gather in-depth information to create financial plans through a holistic approach, utilizing the client's financial data to create possible solutions to meet goals. Establish strong relationships with the client's financial team of advisors (Centers of Influence). Schedule and prepare for client meetings, lead client meetings by offering recommendations and presenting the goals-based financial plan. Proactively review client plans and make appropriate changes on a regular basis and identify new opportunities. Identify changes to the plan and confirm agreement with clients. Onboard clients with the firm’s financial planning software and tools and utilize these tools effectively to monitor and adjust financial plans. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 5 plus years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required. Certified Financial Planner designation required. Bachelor's degree required. Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Able to adapt and stay abreast of changing technology and regulatory policies. Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
