Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Product, Data, and Technology team. You will play a key role in analyzing critical business operations and developing state-of-the-art techniques to optimize and quantify the impact of complex business processes and decisions. Key subject areas include advertising inventory forecasting and yield optimization, causal impact, and opportunity cost analysis. This role is ideal for someone that combines strong data analysis experience with the implementation of data science models that create business impact as well as superb stakeholder communication. There is a level of complexity with some of the problems the team is working on that require a Data Scientist and statistical analysis expertise to solve. Problems include advertising inventory forecasting, metric problems, and questions around incremental values and specific actions and opportunity costs of shifting marketing impressions from one platform to another.
