RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a wide variety of program management support for government clients in the aviation industry in support of acquisition programs.

Provide schedule development and maintenance, develop program work breakdown structures, establish EVMS and associated analyses, track management reserve and perform financial analysis

Conduct data collection and analysis, critical path analysis, variance analysis, and other technical analyses as needed.

Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success

Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration

Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, engineering, or operations research. Master's Degree is desired.

10 years of relevant experience

High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.

Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.

Experience in schedule development and EVM as well as proficiency in use of tools such as MS Project, Primavera, MPM, and Cobra.

Knowledge of government acquisition processes and experience with scheduling best practices, EVM, baseline management, and data analysis is desired.

Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.
